  1. Great experience with this!

    Jeffery Gabbard

This Guitar is beautiful. Fit and finish is great. It has really inspired me to learn more and do better in my playing. The built in electronics allows me to fine tune the sound to my liking, and I find the guitar hard to put down. I am a beginner but I have let my friend who’s a player in the industry for over 40 years try it and he loves it.

I absolutely love this guitar. The action is sublime, the tone is bright, but warm with an awesome bass. Plays, sounds and looks like a dream. This little mama is my new dream girl. Can’t put her down.

I love this guitar, by far the best guitar I bought that sounded this great. Definitely 10 star on this one, fits in your hands like a glove. By far I would put these guitars r by far high quality end. It’s right up there with the big name brands, without a doubt. I have owned a few acoustic guitars, but none comes near this 3 sunburst color. It is a amazing guitar, professionally made with the customer in mind. I will definitely be back for another, it was the best decision I made buying from Andrew White. A true craftsman n you can tell by the pride he takes on making his guitars number one.

  4. Focused, Well-Balanced, Accessible, and Impressive.

    Joel Steve Gokool (verified owner)

I purchased this model the ‘Cybele 112 3TS’, in February of 2021. The “new car smell”, and the packaging impressed me right off the bat. When I tuned it up and sat down to play it, the focused sound projected to the other side of the house. My wife came down from upstairs to ask me to turn my amp down as my daughter was in an online class. I did not have an amp on. When I strummed the guitar with full chords, every note was heard distinctly, not harsh at all but focused. The bass was present but not boomy or overwhelming. When fingerpicking, again the sound was focused, however I also had encountered that while alternating from fingerpicking to strumming, the sustain was incredible. I did not expect that from a guitar of this size, especially as the top was definitely lacquered or a glossy in finish. Usually, in my experience, that kind of finish limits the sustain, here it did not. The shear beauty of the guitar and the sound, was apparent as members of the congregation, (when I played it for a Holy (Maundy) Thursday service), were asking about it and commenting on its appearance and sound. It also stays in tune, and the pickup system is well suited for it. It doesn’t just try to enhance the sound (alter the sonic footprint), but it recreates the original timbre in a way that is not overwhelming or different. Some guitar manufacturers over manipulate the pickup to create something that is not there. Not with this guitar. It is an honest representation of the guitar itself, though you have the option to enhance certain frequencies. I kept it flat, and there was no hum. I recommend this guitar to anyone who wants to lead worship, fingerpick, wants to have a smaller footprint guitar, or wants to accomplish a wide variety of styles. I look forward to a lasting relationship with this company and am praying for its longevity. I have already recommended this guitar to many of my students and colleagues. As primarily a keyboardist, this is my choice of guitar to return to as it is easy to play. Lastly the sound does not break up or scatter when played strongly as in other smaller guitars.

I purchased a Cybele awhile ago, and it has become my favorite instrument to play- it has fantastic tone, excellent projection, the easiest action I’ve ever found on an acoustic instrument. Fret effects are easy to accomplish, and provide some unique tones, especially when I’m not amplifying. The sustain is, across the board, remarkable! The electronics provide a very warm and transparent sound through my PA system too!
Eventually I’ll supplement with a Freja – for now I’ll have to be content to continue looking forward to your emails!
For the Cybele, thank you for building such a beautiful and playable guitar.
