  1. BIG sound

The guitar produces rare warmth, and a sound that sounds like it has been processed through an eq pedal with a first rate acoustic amp. Unplugged. The top doesn’t provide a different sound, just more of it. The neck is wider than most, but after about 30 seconds, it feels like it was made just for you. The frets are excellent, but did require leveling and a polish. I suggest that you get a good setup after you get it. This applies to almost every guitar that I have ever bought. There are a LOT of great guitars at this price point, but a lot of them overplay the “shimmering highs”. One doesn’t buy a guitar this size for twinkling 8th fret and up playing. One buys this guitar for open tunings, double drop D, and providing a superior baseline for voices, other shimmering guitars, and other lesser guitars. Also, the top sweetens with age. A LOT.

  2. Love it

Very easy to play neck, great projection and a very mellow voice that seems to be getting better all the time. I play it every day, and think about it when I’m not playing. I’ve had it for a year now, and take it camping & jamming so others can enjoy the sound and playability that I do. It is definitely a high end sounding & playing guitar.
